We are currently seeking a Brokerage Lines Customer Service Representative.

This individual must have knowledge in the following lines of Commerical Insurance:

  1. BOP
  2. Inland Marine
  3. Excess
Job Summary:
  1. Processing of new business, renewals and endorsements through various carrier systems.
  2. Gathering information for rating and quoting from brokers and/or bureaus and carriers.
  3. Following up and assisting in securing business and documenting underwriting files.
  4. Preparing renewal offers and following up with brokers to assure we retain renewals.
  5. Maintaining various logs for development of statistics and tracking.  Providing brokers with assistance when requested.
Essential Job Functions:

Job requires sitting at a workstation for 95% of the working day. Repetitive use of the computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
