We have teamed up with Travelers Insurance Company to bring you this Small Business Owners Program. This Property and Liability program features Master Pac & Pac Plus extension endorsements and the OMNI product for businesses that qualify but require custom tailored coverage that is not offered in Master Pac or Pac Plus.

  • The owner must have a minimum of three (3) years management experience in the type of business being insured.
  • The business must be financially stable.
  • The business must have favorable loss experience.
  • The owner operates only those businesses described on the Master Pac application.
  • All of the known exposures/operations are considered typical (occurring in the majority) for the class.
  • Buildings insured must not be vacant, unoccupied or have a seasonal occupancy.
  • For both tenants and building owners, where buildings are 50 years or older, the plumbing, heating, wiring and roof must have been updated in the past 30 years.
  • There are no current cited violations of fire or life safety codes.
  • All operations must be listed in the Risk Classification Table, and the premium for incidental exposures should not exceed 25% of the policy premium.
  • No more than three (3) losses within the past three (3) years.
  • Current owners must have successfully operated this or a similar business for at least three (3) years. EXCEPTION: Apartment Building Owners and Condominium programs and risks that are franchises.
  • Sound financial condition.
  • Insurance to value.
