  • They DO NOT own or operate a marina, boatyard, or vessel storage facility
    AND
  • Their annual gross receipts do not exceed $3,000,000
    AND
  • At least 80% of their annual gross receipts are derived from one or more of the trades listed under Classifications

Small Marine Contractor

  • Their annual gross receipts do not exceed $3,000,000
    AND
  • At least 80% of their annual gross receipts are derived from one or more of the trades listed above
