BTIS is currently looking for a Vice President of Business Development.
This position will report directly to the President. The position will entail expanding the company’s business across work environments and sectors by selling professional development experiences. He/she must emphasize the need for the organization to record positive changes and experience profit growth in its dealings.

The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise. The right candidate will have expertise with system analyst best practices and have proven experience performing all BSA related functions. These functions include vetting requirements, writing business requirement documents, creating flow diagrams, creating UAT test plans and test cases, executing those test cases and reviewing regression results in order to quickly determine if our products are ready for market. BSA team members work very closely with developers on an integrated team dedicated to delivering high quality solutions, and the right candidate will enjoy being part of a highly interactive, agile team.

Candidate will be responsible for determining if applicant is eligible for insurance coverage while working with our carrier partners. Identifies and calculates risk of loss from policyholders and green lights or denies coverage accordingly. Establish strong relationships with brokers and carrier partners to assure highest level of success. Participation in ongoing staff training, auditing work and creating status reports for management. Recommend changes needed for success with existing markets or additional markets that may be needed.
